Dear Friends from all around the Free Nations! Dear followers of your Native Heritage!
For second year in the row, the Organization “Thyrsos- Hellenes Ethnikoi” invites Organizations and individuals, followers of the Old Ways, to stand in Unity and Solidarity during the celebration of the Summer Solstice and co- act by creating once again the Beacons for the Sun (Fryktories)!
A Sacred day on our calendars that marks the Brightest Day of the Year when the manifestation of Helios on our Cosmic level is bringing to us His/Her Glorious Light, offering a chance of spiritual and philosophical meditation and at the same time it is a chance to celebrate with our beloved people and relatives.
So, once again we are asking for your participation by the same way that we are doing it every year!
At the dawn of the 21st of June, at the very moment when the first rays will be shown from the horizon, light up a Fire, a candle, a torch, whatever you may find possible and heading towards the Sun make a Salute to the Invictus God! Even better, you could perform a Rite at the same time, considering the Sacredness of the day. In that way we shall pass the message from one individual to another, from one collectivity to another, from town to town and Nation to Nation and doing that, we will stand in Unity under the Sun’s Banner!
We are asking from you to take photos of the event and send them to our email: hellenesthyrsos@gmail.com so to make a presentation of our common Celebration through our homepage www.thyrsos.gr and through there to your homepages.
Finally we must insist if taking part on our Celebration, to take all the protection that is needed by law to light up a safe fire and avoid causing any accident.
People of the Old Faiths we invite you to raise the Banners and proudly make our stand in a world that needs more than ever the Wisdom and the Essence of Traditions!
We hopefully expect for your participation, thank you in advance.
